My name is Shu, I am a board-certified internist practicing in Tokyo, Japan. In December, I established a clinic in Shinjuku with the goal of providing high-quality medical care to both local residents and international travelers.

As someone who has traveled extensively, I understand how daunting it can be to face unexpected health issues while far from home. During my university years, I took a year off to travel across the Eurasian continent. When I encountered illnesses such as fever or gastrointestinal issues, I often had no choice but to wait and hope for recovery without professional help. These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of the challenges faced by travelers and inspired my commitment to creating a clinic that can offer reliable, compassionate care to those visiting Japan.　At my clinic, we are not fluent in multiple languages, we work closely with translation device and try to bridge any language barriers.

私たちのクリニックでは、院長の意向で海外旅行客の方向けに、内科の急病対応をおこなっております。

院長含め、我々スタッフも外国語に精通しているわけではありません。しかし、院長自身が旅好きで、大学時代１年間休

学してユーラシア大陸を横断したこともあります。そんな旅の途中に体調を崩し、ただ安いドミトリーで寝ていることしかできず大変心細い想いをしたと申

しております。

そのような経験から、自身でクリニックを開院した際にはできるだけ海外旅行客の皆さんに安心して旅を楽しんで頂けるように応援したいと考えております。

我々スタッフもポケトークやグーグル翻訳を駆使して対応致しますので、もし滞在されている海外旅行客の方々で急な発熱や体調不良などのトラブルが発生した際には我々のクリニックにご相談頂けますと幸いです。

＜対応範囲＞

・内科全般、発熱や腹痛・下痢など急な体調不良、咳、のどの痛み、喘息発作、蕁麻疹、アレルギー症状など

・基本的に成人が対象ですが、できる限り小児対応も実施します

＜診療代金＞

診察代金については、基本的な診察と薬剤処方(３〜5日分程度)で15400円(税込 ）となります。

診察とお薬の処方がセットで、1回約100ドル(USD)。そんなイメージでお考えください。

一般的な病状であれば、ほぼこの対応の範囲内で収まると思われます。

万一、血液検査など特殊な検査が必要な場合は、その分追加料金が発生します。（5000円〜10000円程度）

夜間往診も対応(往診代・交通費として5000円別途)
